At this time we are experiencing a problem regarding USPS rates.  Please rest assured, that unless you special request UPS, we will always ship the cheapest route, and you will be charged accordingly.  Your card will not be charged until we have the correct shipping rates, and you will be sent an e-mail advising you of the rates. We hope to have this problem adjusted as soon as possible.
